Our Approach
Our six-week Job Crafting Workshop is designed to give women the tools and confidence to reshape how they work, not just where they work. We start by helping participants recognize the gap between their current roles and their true strengths, values, and aspirations. From there, we use guided reflection, practical exercises, and peer support to re-imagine daily tasks, workplace relationships, and long-term goals. Each session builds momentum—moving from awareness to action—so that participants leave not only with clarity, but also with a personalized roadmap for redefining their roles in ways that feel purposeful, energizing, and aligned. Whether dissatisfaction, misalignment, or displacement sparked the need for change, this approach ensures women gain both the mindset and strategies to reclaim agency and craft work that fits who they are today and who they want to become.
